Just got to know that wealth is spiritual!. Spiritual wealth, which is communicated to humans by revelation, attracts its material equivalent. In other words, get spiritual wealth first; material wealth will follow. Heb 11:1.
If material wealth comes before spiritual wealth, one risks losing the material wealth because they won't have the capacity to retain the material wealth - (see Luke 15:11-21 - the prodical son)
God help us!!!

Pay your Tithe - PLEASE
Here's my testimony for disobedience! I went 2 months without paying my tithes; simply stealing from the Lord. That period, here's what happened; I was late paying my rent hence had to pay late fees. My checking account was overdrawn numerous times; thus I incurred bank overdraft fees. My creditor from several years ago (mind you I had even forgotten about this debt; just assumed that over the years the debt had been written-off); somehow decided to contact me for payment. Everything that could go wrong with my finances did go wrong!
A friend of mine who was also as disobedient as I was had this experience in July last year:
My friend owns truck which he uses to haul motor vehicles, nationwide. This particular day, my friend tells me that he pulled into a gas station to fill up his truck. Said he went into the shop, paid $300 for pump 3. Said he proceeded to his truck to fill up ; opened his gas tank, pushed buttons the gas pump buttons; but nothing happened. Said he tried a few times without success, then decided to go back into the shop to report the problem. A clerk checked their cash register; sure enough he had indeed paid; but the clerk had inadvertently credited the funds to pump 2. In the meantime, someone had pulled into pump 3; (must have thought Christmas came early!) filled up their vehicle (with the gas my friend had paid for) and literally flew from the gas station. As if that wasn't enough, my friend had paid in cash and the particular clerk that had taken the payment had already left for the day. (It never rains, it simply pours when one is disobedient). The Manager intervened only to informed my friend that, their company policy was that refunds were processed by the Corporate Office; and the process usually takes 5 to 7 business days. My friend's immediate problem was that the $300 was the only money he had; between him and his bank!! and my friend was 1000 miles away from home. Get this, his last paycheck had been $3000!!!!! so the $300 was exactly what he should have paid in tithes!!!
My friend and I learnt our lessons. Believe me, since I started being obedient again; my life is a lot smoother and I have all that I NEED. Note here I said, all that I NEED not WANT!!
I hope my testimony will help someone out there.

Travel sense
Did you know that during winter months, it is recommended to fly off airports (international; that is) in the south of the US e.g. Dallas International? I didn't pay attention to this one year and the result was I spent 2 days at Washington Dulles; stranded due to snow, and it was two days before Christmas. My Travel Agent had warned me, but I ignored the warning. Remember this next time you plan your trip.

Back pain cured - no medicine
For the past year also, I have been experiencing back pain first thing in the morning. Strangly I used to have the pain each time I slept in my bed. When I slept on the couch, I didn't have the problem. I began to suspect that maybe my bed was causing the problem. I changed my bed but still the problem didn't go away. About a week ago, for unknown reasons, I decided to change my pillow, got myself a smaller , flatter pillow. Guess what; that did it for me. That's the cure I have been needing all this time. The back pain is gone. Thank God

Stagnation - Your choice
Out of necessity, I found myself changing careers in my 40's. The chosen career is something I could have never dreamt of pursuing. I hate this job so much so that I cringe, everytime I even think about it. Sadly I have been doing this for 3 years. No job satisfaction whatsoever. It's purely painful, but I have to put food on the table for my kids. Now my "aha" moment; I was reading my e-mail; at work; happened to check my junk mail (now this confirms how boring my job is...I would rather read junk mail that do the job!!) I know this sounds horrible, unethical... whatever! Anyway, I happened to read one junk mail; I quote "What will your life look like in 12 months if you keep doing EXACTLY what you're doing right now?" This message stopped me in my tracks. It got me thinking and I immediately resolved to change my situation; otherwise I keep doing the same thing hoping for different results! I know there's someone out there who can relate . It's time to take action. Fulfillment of your destiny is in your hands. You have full control of the outcome in life. Remember you only have one life to live; enjoy it while you can. Stop reading this blog right now and get into action. Don't delay your destiny any longer. Good Luck.
